Bank Holiday training

40 odd  miles done this eveing, wrong choice of clothing towards the end. must buy some arm warmers. 20 ish miles done on saturday. not the most of miles done but not bad to say the weather has been rubbish. 4 weeks on Friday...

    Covered 64 miles yesterday, most enjoyable. Definately looking forward to the 3-day-ride.
